She is also publisher of Bridging the Gap Magazine and Founder of Bridging the Gap Foundation. Harolyn C. Gilles, M.D
Harolyn C. Gilles, M.D is a board-certified Family Physician specializing in Age Management Medicine. Her interest in Aesthetics and Longevity have been the focus of her continuing medical education in the pursuit of the latest and greatest in medical advancements. She is a highly trained and skilled clinician who is currently finalizing the two year process for her certification in Age Management Medicine and Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy through the reputed Cenegenics Medical Institute.
Dr. Gilles currently serves as the Medical Director for the Breasthetics Clinic and Breasthetics Institute of America and has an active role in both. This role became her window of opportunity to assist women who become a statistic of breast cancer. She has taken the enormous leap in being involved as part of the solution to their needs. Dr. Gilles approach to post mastectomy breast cancer survivors is to naturally make the woman whole once more through both physical and psychological approaches.
Dr. Gilles is a recognized lecturer and has appeared on various local and national TV and radio shows educating the community on health related matters. Most recently she has been featured on Sonoran Living (ch.15) as a member of the 2005 Dream Team for The Ultimate Makeover.
Lindsey Higgginson- Board Member- Bridging the Gap Foundation
Dark Harbor, ME -- Retail executive, Lindsey Higginson, is a key advisory influence in the Breasthetics Institute of America. Losing her own mother to breast cancer the mission of Rachell Hall's breasthetics clinics, the Breasthetics Institute of America and Bridging the Gap Foundation are all dear to her heart.

Ms. Higginson has spent twenty years developing new business start-ups and taking mature businesses to new levels of growth.
Higginson was key in the explosion of the super optical store business with Eyecare Centers of America (EyeMasters) and Sears. She helped build the chain to 110 stores as owner and Executive Vice President of Merchandising and Distribution.
As owner and CEO of Sight Design Group, she created The Complete Optical Shop™ concept that gave Doctors of Ophthalmology a competitive edge that increased service and revenues by 30%. She developed private label branding for the eye-wear industry as well as lines and designs for Laura Ashley, Bill Blass, Halston, Accente, the Terminator and Jaguar.
